The Most High GOD says in Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”
So often we can make rash decisions in life, instead we need to investigate and research things BEFORE making a commitment, this includes sincerely seeking Jesus in prayer (and fasting at times as well). The Lord loves and cares for us and He wants us to go Him about everything so we can be directed by Him rather than the world and our fleshly desires (Proverbs 3:6).
Around this time of year is when interest meetings take place for greek-lettered orgs, with many earnestly desiring to join these organizations often based on surface info. People are unaware there is much more to joining than what they see; it was the same for us when we joined. With social media however, there is a plethora of information at one’s fingertips.
‼️For anyone desiring to be in any type of greek-lettered organization we strongly encourage you to review the rituals you can locate about the org, and take time to seek The Lord in prayer (with your Bible in tow) BEFORE you make a hasty decision. Be still and quiet and take heed to His Word. We truly believe if one goes to Jesus with a sincere and humble heart seeking HIS truth, He will show you NOT to join.
